I know many of you never bother to view the Convertible discussion area, but I drive a 'vert and sometimes like to look for 'vert specific information.
Some moderator (name withheld) that doesnt even drive a camaro has been deleting posts. All that myselft and several others wanted was some info on a subwoofer/enclosure that would fit in the package tray area on my SS. Oh sure ....
You know ... I can certainly see not allowing a non-sponsor coming in to advertise their products, whether it's in direct competition or not. But I think it's doing a huge disservice to the community to not allow the users to police bad practices, poor quality or helping a brother out to find a part he needs. I'm convinced some vendors, like Arlington Motorsports in Arlington, Texas, sponsor LS1.com as protection against the community airing all their dirty laundry in public. It's sad how great that place used to be and now shady that place has become. The place has definitely turned heavy handed. I think it will be the death of the place. It has definitely lost it's luster ... |
