I'm sure there are some, but I've never checked them out. I can do pretty much anything in Photoshop (been using it since version 2.5 when it came on floppies), but I suck at doing hand drawn stuff. My brother is pretty good at artwork though and I do have a nice scanner to work with, so that's another option. If these turn out nice I'll definitely put one on my car, and I don't even race! (yet). Still saving up to get a beater before I take my SS off it's daily driver status.
