Looks like Top Gear is finally comming to American television! Agreed DiscoveryChannel is airing older episodes but if you have the means I highly recommend it.

For the uninitiated.... Top Gear on BBC2 is truly a car guy show with a brittish spin. Includes test drives, quirky and inventive reviews and comparisons and the always funny star in a reasonably priced car segment.

Tonight's episode includes a challenge to see if an Apache Helicopter can get missile lock on a Lotus Exige.

Downloaded episoded off the internet FinalGear.com are decent (thanks TB (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif) ) but TV DVD versions would be worth the effort.

They generally hate American cars with the exception of the Ford GT.

I did watch their show last night thanks to your heads-up here guys! That was fun! Would love to take that Lotus Elise for a spin! Loved their analysis of the Maaaa(like Baaa with sharp a)zuroti , Fiorio in the Italian Hills with the Villa!
