I had a Turn One PS pump in my old LS1 and I have an underdrive pulley in my current LT1. I think the underdrive pulley setup is equally effective and it gives a little power as well. The only reason that I would go with a Turn One PS pump is if I was running FS and I wanted to continue to look stock - you can't do that with an underdrive pulley system.
