I can clean up the outline some to make it look better, and try changing the nose a bit as well just to see how it looks.
The concept for these designs is that the background color is not really part of the sticker. If these are done with layered vinyl, then you would just have the outline of the car and the lettering on the surface after applying. For example, on the one with the grey background, the color you see in place of the grey would be the color of the paint (since there really isn't anything there as far as the sticker is concerned). Another option is printing them onto adhesive vinyl or the static cling material, in which case the background could be a color or be clear.
One other thing, if these are done with layered vinyl the overall size can't be too small because the smaller letters will start getting small enough to be a pain to deal with. I can tweak the design some to help with this, so I'll look into this also.
