I recently came across a former nascar display chassis of Mark Martin and the Viagra car. It is a roller with fully painted sheet metal, is movalble on race tires, has no engine, tranny, fuel cell, Blahahahh. A company had it on display at one of there local malls and went bankrupt/closed. The mall gave the manger a remove it now or else. So he did.
Well the price of this has been coming down to a point that they are just about giving it away in my opinion. SO what would you do? Try to sell it too someone to make a race chassis out of(Lots of unkown's) or try to market it to a Mark Martin Fan and a real full size collectble. Any guidence you could give would be helpful!! Thanks John O |

Is it a roadrace chassis or oval-only? Lots of difference in chassis design between the two track styles, especially with Roush cars. If you can find out what chassis number it is call the Roush shop and see if that car ever spent any time on a track. That will help determine its overall worth.
Go to www.musclemotorparts.com and surf there; they will have lots of ex-NASCAR components for reasonable prices, and will even assemble a Cup-style engine (any brand). |
