As far as tires, I don't think there is ANYTHING better then the 710's. They have TONS of grip, are very forgiving, and really quite durable. Only issue is that the get to hot easy. Which mean for you, being on 275's you DEFINATELY need a garden sprayer full of ice water for every event. I've used the sprayer a few times now, with a single driver and on 315/335 tires.
