What's wrong with the rev limiter?
I bought two SLs. Never installed either. 6500 rpm rev limit on the F Body. When I hit it I am reminded to shift. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I don't even have one on my race car. Same thing: MSD rpm pill of 6k. Hit it I shift. I guess I don't get it. If there's an opertable rev limiter no need to worry about engine. If you're doing the 1/4 for money or whatever on an occassional basis, maybe. Bottom line: Not worth the effort. steve This post has been edited by steve-d: Aug 21 2005, 11:57 PM |
