I have been wanting to install a shift light ever sent's i blew up the second motor (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) I really like the one LG sale's

I don't know about harsh, but you probably don't want it to kick in mid-corner or the rear might step out (you should have upshifted before corner entry in that situation).
