Not bad for a lowly old autoxer in his first year of National road racing huh?
I'll be there Saturday morning. It's my birthday, and a good showing from Dave would be a great present. Then we'll have another autoxer's name to add to the list of top flight road racers. It's good to see him doing so well thus far. Hopefully he and the other CamBird guys will stick it to the rally cars despite the power/weight ratio deficit.
People should keep in mind that Dave has been competing on roadcourses as far back as 1998. Sure, he's an "autocrosser," but he's one with more seat time on roadcourses than many "roadcourse guys" here. |
