Don't know if anyone else here is insured through USAA, but I was reading through my latest policy renewal, and wasn't entirely happy to see the following:

QUOTE
The following definitions are added:

Driving contest or challenge includes, but is not limited to:

1. A competition against other people, vehicles, or time; or

2. An activity that challenges the speed or handling characteristics of a vehicle, or improves or demonstrates driving skills, provided the activity occurs on a track or course that is closed from nonparticipants.

Used to be, they only excluded "participation in or practice for any speed contest", meaning that driving schools, HPDE, and other non-competitive events were still covered. I'm no lawyer, but I don't see a lot of wiggle room in #2.

I guess I'll either be investigating supplemental insurance, or just using the old '83 T/A instead of my newer cars for most track days.
