Anyone know what the part number is, or hardware equivalent, of the front lower controll arm bolts? I am going to get my old ones out at whatever expense, sine they are frozen in there, and I want new ones to put back in there.

So, anyone know what size they are or GM part numbers?

Unless you already have a good working relationship with your local parts guy, you might want to check www.gmpartsdirect.com first, to get an idea of what the dealer cost is.

Most parts managers get paid off of commissions, so it's to their advantage to overcharge, and people don't realize that parts prices are every bit as negotiable as car prices. I buy all my stuff from Dal, but if I was buying from a local counter, I'd offer about 15-20% above what's listed on gmpartsdirect.

Maybe you already knew all that. It's just that I tend to cringe a bit when I hear someone say they're going to the dealership. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
