Ok I found this clear static cling material for $2.07 a yard x 27". It says that "Signs should be back-lettered so that enamel will not transfer onto the window when baked by the sun"

what does back lettered mean?

makes sense. So I can buy this stuff and regular sticky vinyl and put it on the static cling stuff. I should also see if they have white static cling then I can have a friend cut the numbers for me. I figured this would be a good way to get all those other pesky stickers on the car.
