Yea, Virginia and Ohio are among the worst about that. People refuse to move out of the left lane. They come off of an exit ramp, take 3 lanes and drive 60 in a 65. Usually in some giant SUV. They usually manage to frustrate me after a few miles and I'm forced to pass them on the right (I really hate doing that). If people had a clue, it would be better, I agree. But her attitude is beyond that in my opinion.
