Does anyone know of a website where I can ask questions pertaining to setting up a car for LSR racing? I bought a rulebook from the SCTA but need some questions answered, (or opinions given), regarding car set up, particularly transmissions. I'm considering setting that ITA Olds I have for ECTA/SCTA events. I need to know what I'm up against before jumping in. ANY help is greatly appreciated.

I saw the photos of the Sandston entry. He's running Ardun heads too, isn't he? Is your brother in the pictures?

Ardun heads is whats on it now. This is the second blown motor. First one ment for last year had a hilborn injection unit that he couldn't get tuned right and blew on the chassis dyno before speed week. He put in a basic flat head ford and ran last year to about 130-140's and thne blew that motor on the salt My skinny bro is standing on the drivers side of the truck.
He hurt that motor on a run over 200mph after he turned on the alcohol injection. |
