Looking at swapping some body parts from an LS1 Trans-Am tub that is good from the front to the back to my '94 Trans-Am LT1 CMC car. My question is, is the rear bumper the same and the quarter panels? I know the tail lights will swap as that was popular to do when the LS1s started showing up in boneyards.

Everything in front of the doors is different between the LT1 and LS1 versions as far as the skin goes. Underneath, they are virtually the same. There are some subtle differences in bracketry that the body panels hang on. Also, the marker lenses are different.

Also, the inner fender liners are different as are the lower nose pieces.

The doors and back are basically the same.

And beginning in '96 (IIRC), ALL Trans AMs were T-Top cars.
