I'm looking for an aftermarket seat. I can no longer stand the OE seat, especially for road trips. Of prime concern is head room (I'm 6'2") and seat base width. I have sat in Mike Farrell's car and liked his seat (Mike chime in with your brand, I have CRS) but want to know other's setups. Also, costs, ease of installation, etc. Post pictures if you have them! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I got my Recaro Speed last week. After looking at it I decided not to go the custom bracket route. It looks like way too much hassel. Supposedly I'll have the Recaro bracket and slider next week. I'll post a picture once I bolt it in. Hope I don't loose any headroom. The seat itself is really nice. The jury is still out on the placement of the opening for the sub strap. It's about 8 to 9 inches back from the front of the seat. looks like a real nut buster positioning to me (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
