I ordered my rubber ends for the LCAs I am building. (two 002-31865L's) I received a 002-31865L and a 002-31865R... I got them in two days after I placed my order, though. On the invoice says 2 002-31865Ls.... Would you expect them to exchange the parts?

Odd, when I putting together a PHR the sent me the wrong tubing. I called and explained what had happened and they had one out to me in two days. They also paid for the return of the wrong part.
From my limited experience their customer service is good. |
