right now I'm in a holiday inn express surfing frrax with my new cingular 8525 on their free wi-fi! anyway on the ride here from the airport we passed an old broken down building with big Aeromotive signs all over it. did that company start here in miami?

Actually, it's good to be that close to a major airport - I'm sure they use it as part of their distribution process. Cuts down on transportation time/costs to the airport.
Granatelli (at least the company) is in Oxnard, CA. I used to be stationed near there and visited their place once. |

We taxied right past Stillen, which is just about on the tarmac... Thats only because John Wanye shuts down late at night so the noise levels way above Newport Beach Homes aren't distrubing- During this time though, noise levels on the ground are unoffensive to the numerous closed industries all around the airport as Steve Millen rolls back that hole in his fence and does late night testing of his Nissan GTP #83 car down runway 1.
