I was told stock brakes would be fine with pads, fluid and no ducts. I warped the rotors so bad 20 minutes into the second session I had to change them on day two. I warped those in the first session of day two. I wa braking 100 feet before the # 4 marker. No fade, bad vibration.
You need at minimum cooling ducts, race pads and fluid. I was told all I needed was synthetic fluid in the power steering pump, day one second session it broke and blew off the cap on the pump. Cooked the fluid, blew off 2 more that day. Day two I drilled a hole in the cap and put a rag over it and changed the fluid. Pump is done, toast. You need at minimum a cooler of some sort and good fluid. Otherwise car did great, rear end is whining a little on tight turns. Had to flush the clutch fluid before the last session on day 2 Pads still look good. Rotors are toast, tires look about a third shorter.
