I just purchased my first home, so real quick i'll post a few pic's of the stuff you guys will like (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v635/fir...clone/House.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v635/firehawkclone/1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v635/fir...ne/NewImage.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v635/firehawkclone/4.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v635/firehawkclone/2.jpg I have to do some demo (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/nutkick.gif) in the shop so its a shop again. It has a bedroom, full bath/kitchenett, and office. It needs more lite's/outlet's and a lift, but it's better than my old 2 car garage. I will post more pic's in a few days, I have to move the computer! Oh yeah... the rest of the house is nice too! I'm to old to move......... |

Awesome! You got the best of both worlds - a house with a shop and a pool. Work on the car, get all sweaty, then just fall into the pool! 11501 Jenlee Ave? Is it really supposed to be 115 degrees out there this weekend? Yikes! Jason |

Thanks everybody! It sucks that the other door is useless, but i'm ok with the pool where its at! Jason your good, i'm a little down the street though. I sure hope its not going to be 115deg(i haven't seen a working tv in a few days) All are invited to a pool party next time were at BRP, just 20min away! |

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) That's the car wash! He can dip it to get the inside clean, too. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rotf.gif) Nice purchase. Corner lot with not too much to mow. That is always a plus. Our last corner lot was a 10 minute mow for the back yard, and 1.5 hours for the front, and it was in a stinking subdivision!! I wouldn't tear down too much in that shop, that second floor storage can come in handy. |
