damn! i don't think i could roll a wheelchair that far even if i wasnt trying to go fast.
how fast was that compared to the runners themselves? |

The men's winner was 2 hours 10 minutes 37 seconds, the women's winner was 2 hours 24 minutes 27 seconds. Both Kenyans, again.
A kenyan has won the men's division 13 of the last 14 years. If I were to run it, that would be 2 days, 10 hours, and 37 minutes! |

I'm just happy to maintain a sub-10 minute mile!!!
I had had designs on prepping for some long runs, including up to a half-marathon, but recurring shin splints have caused me to switch back to cycling. I just can't deal with the pain of the splints anymore. |
