He was good @ what he did... but did look like an a..hole dealing w/ his employees... at least from the tv show.
sad day for the automotive industry, especially hotrod.
i liked the show... except how he badly managed time + ppl.

I would take the way he was portrayed as a person and as a boss on TV with a grain of salt.

When "hollywood" gets involved, it makes even the best of people look like jerks.
