Had to sell Sidney's old car over a year ago to cover Medical bills. Health is good to go, and I found a new project. A 1989 RS that was a V-8 5 Spd coupe. Color is blue. Only issue is I am looking for garage space between Beloit,WI and Madison, WI. So I will be starting a new project next weekend. Nice to have a Third Gen again. |

Cool another Wisconsinite!! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) What do you mean "was a V-8 5 Spd coupe?" What do you plan on doing with the car? |

I all ready have a CMC 305 sitting on the stand ready to go into something. But I have been tempted to see if I can find a cheap LS1 long block (I would convert it to carburator) and go with a 4 or 6 spd transmission. I also have been eyeing Blaine's roller that is available. The 89 RS would be mainly street and track day car, and if I decide to get Alan's 4th gen, I would use that car for Wheel to Wheel. I have to call Blaine before it gets to late to see what we can do. |

Todd, Drop that 305 in the RS and go racing. It'll be the cheapest/easist way to get back on the track. Sidney CMC #64 |
