Can we get some pics of how you did it? +1 I'd also like to see the combination of parts and how they were installed to use the fog lamp openings for brake ducts. Its pretty "ghetto" guys but I'll dig up a picture. (IMG:http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c75/nintres/duct.jpg) Just some simple home depot type 3" to 4" reducer ducts, massaged oval, with some self tapping screws. Rivets would look nicer if you own a rivet gun (I don't) and can fanangle it into position somehow. Then I ran some 3" duct that Blaine sent me when I ordered his brake pleniums. I just zip-tied back the little access doors under the bumper, and ran the hose out of them. |

And those street duty wheels are 18" chrome deep dish C5 wheels. I run the stock SS 10 spokes with NT01s at the track.

Can we get a pic of how you ran the hose to the wheel duct? Do you run the hose 24-7? Reason I ask is I take mine off when not on track, I have ducts mounted in the deflector under the car. I street drive a lot and when you turn close to lock the tire hits the hose. What size tires? A buddy of mine were talking about doing this the other day, I asked him"Hey why cant we run ducts in the fog light holes?" He scratched his head and went hmmmmmmmmmmm......... |

I leave them on all the time, but don;t log that many street miles. I don't have any pics of how the hose is ran. It attaches to the duct, then down and out the trap door, curves slighty towards the center of the car, then up and over the sway and into the Blaine duct. I added a few wraps of duct tape on the spots that rub, but the blaine duct stuff is awful hardy compared to most of the ducting I have seen. |

275/35/18s on the street wheels, and 275/40/17s on the race wheels. I think there is pretty good clearance.

The hose would need to make a 90 degree bend and would be right on top of the front tire. I would like to see a pic of it connected as well... not saying that it cant be done, just saying that it looks very close! |
