Spec 305 carb'd and 350 carb'd engines are legal in third gens. I'm diggin' the strut mounts. One off custom? Spec carb for everyone...Holley 4776 600 cfm. This whole car is custom one off and done by the best there ever was when it came to F-bodies. Jon Ward's sons owned this car and he converted it from SSGT to ASedan. There were some really neat trick pieces that I have in the basement that are not anywhere near legal for CMC. When I bought it, it had stock rear a-arm shells hiding tubular control arms that were mounted to the floor. They had cut the head off a bolt and welded it to the stock mounting point! There were lots of things on this car that were never legal for SCCA Asedan but it had several Nationals wins and many regional championships in the logbooks. Guess they never looked too close in the '90's! Sidney |

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/2thumbs.gif) Sounds just like the old, original Trans Am series with all of it's legendary tales and folklore of cheating methods and 'almost caught' stories!
