I have an LT1 T56 with bellhousing, clutch fork, slave cylinder spacer and a stock shifter. It has the speedometer sending unit, reverse light switch, etc. Racerdad916 has it right now to install a billet 3/4 shift fork in it. Once that's done and it's all sealed back up, it's for sale.

$1300 OBO.

Probably not a particularly sought after '93 box, right?

Extremely doubtful but I want an M29 bad enough to ask.

We still haven't had time to get this one opened up and put the steel shift fork in it, but I still have it and it's still for sale as soon as I get it back. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Ok, it's ready to go. Racerdad916 went through it yesterday and installed a steel 3/4 shift fork, new shift pads and replaced some snap rings before sealing it up.

Includes:

LT1 T56 with bellhousing, clutch fork, slave cylinder spacer and a stock shifter

Who needs one?

Why are the 93's sought after?

There was an "M29" version in 1993 that had different gear ratios. And I believe it's allowed to be swapped under some of the "update/backdate" rules in various racing classes.
