Meranda's doc, and Carters doc, were both really cool about it.

Her Dr said to go to as many races as you want. She even said that if she went into labor as far away as Peru or Toledo, that we would have had time to get home. (Turns out she could have gone into labor in FLORIDA and still would have had time to get home!!)

Carter's Dr said that since he's gonna be a part of the family, may as well get him involved in family activities asap. Just watch the sun/heat/noise.

I'm thinking of getting one of every suspension bolt and nut to store when I get a trailer for the car.

As soon as you have one of everything, you'll need 2 wheel studs or 2 of something else. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Denice and the grandmothers brought Shannon to one local event and made it through about half of a heat or so. Of course Denice tires very easily right now, but Shannon was also "done", even though she loves watching cars. She was about 7~8 months old at the time.

Sean, you and I are in similar situations right now. Thus the reason I know it isn't an option to bring my son and wife to a race weekend without more help.

I hope things are going better for you and your wife.

My favorite spare part is a rear axle assembly, flange to flange, ready to bolt in. Its been used twice in five weekends this year (once by me, once by Ed Varon). I'm thinking of getting two rotors, calipers, and a some quick disconnect fittings so we can swap in 15 minutes, Audi LeMans style :drive:

Wow... I was thinking more along the lines of smaller parts. I like the idea of spare brake parts, but I don't need them for autocrosses, bringing the kids along sounds like good family fun, but I don't have any. When I replace my fan belt I'll keep the old one arond since it isn't too bad. With stuff like cotter pins, plug wires (Dart Iron Eagle heads and SLP headers don't mix well), and fluids I think I'll be OK.
