The program won't allow consecutive caps in a title of a post. SLP, CCW, LQ9 etc.

Same w/CCW. |

I turned on "shouting control", it won't let you post "NEW!!!!!", it becomes "New!".
I can turn it off. |

I changed it back. Now "NEW!!!" stays "NEW!!!".

I fixed all of your titles and set the board to the old settings. You can use caps now. |
