I'll provide any in depth info for anyone who's serious, and I really need to sell this asap.
Here's a quick breakdown: 1991 1LE 5.0 TPI 5spd 110,000 miles -Has all 1LE items intact except the driveshaft is cast, not aluminum (not sure why, it was like that when I got it) -runs strong, my current daily driver 8 out of 10 drivability -looks good, cleans up well, solid body and frame, 6.5 out of 10 outside -interior's good to excellent, 8 out of 10 inside -no mods other than hurst shifter, flowmaster replacement muffler, k&n filter -has a small rust hole in rear under where the spare goes, some other surface rust, shiny paint but it's been repainted and is ok, but not perfect. -smokes a second on startup, not really after that -tranny grinds downshifting quickly into 4th (not if you go slow), doesn't like to downshift into 3rd from 4th sometimes -pulls to the right when braking (probably need new front hoses) I bought this car originally because I thought my Dad wanted it, he's since changed his mind and wants a 4th gen, so I'd trade for a 4th gen 6spd only if there's one out there of equal value (worth a shot). This is a really fun car, I know only 46 Formula's were known to have been built in '91 with the 1LE package. This one has the a/c delete, no cruise or rear defrost, but has power windows. It has the aluminum spare, aluminum front calipers and 12" rotors. I've had it for about 6-7 mos and I've replaced the disributor, plugs, coil, fuel filter, air filter, and shifter. I'd feel comfortable driving this car anywhere. If you have any questions or want to see the car in person, email me at emofied@columbus.rr.com. I'm going to take updated pictures today, but this car is best seen in person. My asking price is $3800 obo, or I'd trade for a 4th gen f body 6spd. I'll try to be flexible, I need to sell it. Here's a link to pics, or email me http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=3497...tulation_page=Y Thanks! Erick |

Wow. I don't think I've seen a stock 3rd gen 1LE advertised for less than even $10K in awhile. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)
Pat I do not need another car. I do not need another car. I do not need another car. I do not need another car. I do not need another car. I do not need another car. |

I do not need another car. I do not need another car. That means you should buy it! Seriously, most people on the 3rd gen website said I should ask $6000+/-, but I need to sell it quickly and you eliminate alot of buyers when you mark it up.there's alot more people that can buy a car for 3 or 4 g's vs 6 or 7. |
