I am in the process of installing a new kevlar race seat. The side mounts make the seat sit up to high with the slider assembly. Have you just done away with the sliders? Are there low profile sliders out there?
Thanks, Mike. |

I mounted through the bottom to the stock slider via some boxed steel. There is not alot of headroom if you don't mount the seat low.

No more sliders for me! I had to make up a custom bracket out of aluminum to make the back mount work.

No sliders for me. With my seats there wasnt enough head room if I kept them.

Sliders aren't going to hold up well either in a hard wreck.

MOMO sliders are installed in my race car (1" tall). Unfortunatley I found out they also held up very well in a crash which totaled the right side of my car. The sliders still work with no slop.
