Is there any racing school in or near Ohio?? I know about mid-ohio but they use FWD cars and i want more expirience in RWD. Even better something closer to a 4th Gen Trans Am.

It's not exactly what you're used to, but the experience will carry over and it is slightly more difficult to get in "trouble" in those cars than it is in your WS6. I'd consider running an event in those cars, then move towards HPDE days in your own car (or a racing license training class, if you plan to race). Bob Bondurant was using Mustangs and some GTO's (I think the GTO's were only for drifting school.....yuck) for his classes. Or Bragg-Smith (as I remember) was using Corvettes for some classes. |

Run your own car with the NASA-OH group to gain driving experience in the HPDE's (Hi-Performance Diving Events). Then if you want to get a Comp Lic, you sign up, bring a race car and have at it.
