I have been driving the bird this week while the truck is in the shop for body work, and i noticed that it tracked ALOT more in intersection's than it did before last weekend at WIR.Willow has alot of right handers that are really long, so reading all the posts in the past about these hubs, jacked up the car to do a check of the hubs(and everything else) and sure enough the left hub is shot!No big deal becuase i had 1 left over from the LS1 upgrade, but i called autozone to see if they had one just in case this one was bad too and to get a price.Well i was shocked when joey told me it was $125 (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) i don't remember from all the reading it was that much.

Is this the same everywhere?Or have they gone up?

I think that's about right, I just paid $145 for the GM units. I think I remember that thread pricing them over $100...

Ask if those hubs have a lifetime warranty.

I bought National brand from O-Rielly's with a lifetime replacement for $110. And I've used it a couple times

I guess that explains why my brake ducts rub on right hand turns all of a sudden. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I never would of noticed. My new brake ducts are very, very close to the rotor. I guess now they are a good spindle slop indicator also. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Now Randy you go to the track alot...You know that more wheels come off at the track (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) than they do on the street (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rotf.gif)

It seems like i pick 1 or 2 up a weekend (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rotf.gif)
