I have an LG TA on the car now. I bought it to eliminate axle hop on an autox course, and have since given up autox. The UETA isn't going to help much at high speed events like ORR, and I am too lazy to install it.

I'm not so sure that's true. You may not do much hard launching, but the UETA will also help while accelerating out of the turns, and should help with braking into the turns. Jon seems to love his, and he gave up autocross a long time ago. I also found mine to be helpful in normal (safe, legal, sane) driving when it's raining.

I can't really argue the laziness issue. They are a lot of work to install, and the setup has been a lot of work too. However, I think I've just about got the soft setup figured out, and the setup for stiffer cars is already well understood.

If nobody buys it I may just have to install it and see what all the hoopla is about.

I would if I were you.. Besides the skinned knuckles and sore back, what could it hurt? (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Chuck,

Would you be interested in trading the TA for a set of used Koni DA's?

The front shocks have around 18K miles and the rears have about 12K as they were degassed and revalved by Proparts at an additional cost of $200 each.

LMK,
Kevin

Kevin,
I appreciate the offer, that is a good deal, but I have no need for them. I think I am going to put it on eBay tomorrow.

Thanks,
Chuck

Yes, I do want it. But it'd have to wait a paycheck (or two). If you still have it in 2 weeks I'll probably take it. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Sounds great. So far I have only had a few emails asking questions, so I am pretty sure it will still be available in a couple weeks. If you are sure you want it I can hold it for ya.
