but the LS1 street car is once again moving under it's own power.

I had taken the brakes, throttle body and radiator/oil cooler off of it and sold them to fund the CMC car.

I had accumulated the parts, just not the motivation to put it back together.

Well I got the motivation ... another CMC car!

That's right, Glenn and I are gonna build a CMC car as a team and either sell or rent it out.

Anyway, the street car is once again mobile and sounds great!

I am thinking real hard about buying a local red 98 TA for a daily driver.

Then I can take my time with the 98 Camaro buildup.
I got to drive it once since the end of January.
Tag ran out in May.
The gas will be a year old in a few more months...

If I do get it, I can put some of my extras on it. The 32mm front bar and poly bushings, some tuning with my 98 hptuners, some poly bushings for a rear 19mm bar that I never used, etc.

I hear you. California sucks, but we do have a lot of racing going on here.

Glad to hear it Mitch. I didn't realize that it wasn't mobile (I guess I missed that one). Does this mean you installed your brake kit you got from me (part of it from me) or did you do something else?

It's still boxed up and on the shelf ...

The plan is to install it ... but, I will see just how much I actually de-mod the car ...

When it gets cooler, the cage is coming out ...
