Off topic guys - bear with me

Saw my brother, who is a rancher up in Paris, TX, yesterday. Back 'in the day' he was fairly involved with classic Mustangs. For many years, he has not had time to fool around with fun projects. Most of his winter shop time is spent repairing the various bull dozers, tractors, trucks etc he uses in his business. He is handy with a wrench and a great fabricator... I saw a 12 foot pintle hitch service trailer he built this past winter to carry welder, torches etc and was amazed at the tough, no nonsense workmanship. Point of all this being, he understands repair, restoration and fabrication.

Now, to the subject at hand and you are going to have to forgive my ignorance on the subject of Mustangs.

He has a '70 Mustang Sport Roof with an A3 and 351W. The car has not been driveable for 10 years or more and is probably 10% or less disassembelled. His original intention was to restore it to driveable condition and use it for a weekend toy. It only took him 15 years to realize he doesn't have the time to do the restore.

He has asked me to find someone with 300 miles of Dallas who does this kind of work. Not looking for a museum quality restoration but whoever undertook the task would have to understand they are dealing with a shrewd horsetrader who would know the difference between quality and shoddy work.

Anyone have any lines on this type of craftsman?
