That'd be cool, although I still would probably prefere the N/A Z06!

they better not call is an SS. i think that would be lame. there should not be a super sport version of a car that is already supposed to be a very capable sports car. super sport was and should be used to describe a regular car that happens to have a powerful/sporty version. think Malibu SS. a two or four door sedan grocery getter unless you wanted a monster motor under the hood of the two door version. then you got the SS. sorry it just doesnt sound right on the vette.

how about ZL1 though?

as for the actual car, i think that would be badass. i mean right now the most powerful production engines are all in the most luxurious cars on the road. AMG Mercedes. a 4000lb E55 runs very similar times to a C5 Z06. i find it kind of embarassing that at a street light you can watch a bone stock luxury sedan slap a vette around. at the same time though id love to have that luxury sedan. so upping the power would be killer, but they have to limit production. i think the price tag alone will be more of a limiting factory than how many they could build. i would expect this car to sit closer to 90-100k in all honesty. the only other thing i would worry about is if the boost could cause any problems coming out of corners on a road course. im sure they would make it so that the boost doesnt just step in and cause the back end to step out, but its a concern.
