This might be kind of nice for track use instead of manhandling all those fuel jugs .... |

Only close friends, who actually own a road race car.
There might also be a surcharge and transport fee involved ... |

Eh, I'm still young enough to not mind handling fuel jugs when I look at that price tag.

I am still have that ole' dirt track car to dispose of first. I was offered a 92 convertible Mustang with a Maxton supercharger for it yesterday. Fuel jugs have become a very minor inconvienience since I was introduced to the "jiggle siphon" (my name for it). Seems both Harbor Freight and Loews both sell this neat little self-priming high flow siphon. You insert the one-way valve into the jug. The open end of the hose goes in the car's fuel port. Shake the hose 2-3 times and it self-primes and transfers the gas quickly and completely. I use a floor mat placed on the rear deck to get a gravity assist to the process. Once the siphoning starts, all I do is watch. HF sells their version for about $5. Loews gets aboutn $7. HF hose is 3/4" I.D., Loews is 1/2".
