my drives side headlight shakes as i go down the road hitting bumps. it appears that the door mechanism has two bushings at the very back where its hinged. one of those bushing appears to be worn out as that seems to be were the play is coming from. its hard to tell honestly as i havent removed or disassembled the headlight.

im just curious to know if anyone has a drivers side headlight mechanism laying around that they wouldn't mind selling to me. I don't need the motor or the actual light bucket or anything other than the main lever or hinge bracket. whatever you want to call it. thought id ask here first since i know some of you have removed your headlights. i appreciate any help.

thanks

if you convert to the "diamond cut" lenses i have a HID kit i can sell ya. you'd still need the mounting bracket from someone else though.

on my old mustang it was as easy as replacing a clip and screw. the clip mounts to the light mounting bracket and the screw goes through to the frame, setting the horizontal or vertical adjustments.

I have a complete driver's side headlight assembly, minus the motor for sale.

PM if interested.
