Just a quick update: I drove the car on the skid pad, Sucked at it. 43rd. We thought the active handleing in comp mode would of helped if I went a little fast and slipped. It didnt and overcorrected and killed my speed. Wont make that mistake again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The saving grace of the day came to my Car owner with a 23 Finishing spot. He says the car is very free have to make a couple adjustments to see what we can do. Just A quick note Danny Popp vette is flying and is 2nd overall. There is a full race alum chassis viper running v-8 Twin turbo that is running 10mph faster than danny on the front strech at Autobahn 126mph to danny next at 116. Well off to get some sleep. I will try and get some more udates as time allows. 1100 plus mile night tomorow. But Tom is driving his ass off on the highway averaging 90+ accross Iowa. Did I say were not supposed to speed. Later John Take out some rake. About 1/2 turn should get you close. When you are under the car you turn the bolts in the rear clockwise. Good luck man Edit: Active Handling SUCKS in the wet. Don't bother to try it again. I only leave it on for street driving in case I do something stupid. This post has been edited by 35th_Anniversary_AS_Camaro_SS: May 8 2006, 01:47 AM |

Sounds like a good time no matter what :-) ..... too bad it isn't hitting Lancaster near buffalo this year, would have loved to come and watch. BTW, the results page says 2003 cannonball, but has the correct 2006 results. |
