Dennis-
It's a long frustrating story. The short version is that, after totally prepping the car including switching to Moser axles and longer studs, etc., the car essentailly lost the use of 3rd gear two days before the event. To add insult to injury, Stephen's Neon developed a hole in the oil line to the Turbo just before we were to test it for track worthyness. Took 72 hours to source the proper replacement line. He missed the event too. The Camaro is at the Speed Shop getting the trans looked into (and a new clutch disk and TOB). The Neon is up and running and only needs a track alignment to be all set. If the trans gets fixed quickly enough, I'm going to see if Blake can get me a spot for the June event at Summit Point. I'm in total withdrawl. The wheels look great on the car BTW. I'm trying them out with a set of 275 Kumho MXs. Hope your Birthday went better than the abortive start of my track season.

P.S.- Am adding the UMI torque arm relocation bracket while the trans is out. I'll let you know if it cahnges anything once I get the car on track.

Bummer. Hopefully we will meet at SP in June! Good luck with the car.
