My buddy is letting my drive his while I develop my RS into full ESP trim. It's a hell of a car, a bit much at times... but really fun.

COOL!

Did you feel/notice the 'heft' of this beast around that course, or did the engineers soooo fine tune the turn in, balance, exit handling that it appears to be MUCH lighter than it actually is??

What tires; Pilot Super Sports, Pilot CUPS, Goodyears, run flats or not?

You can feel the weight, but it nicely controlled. For instance, my entry speed into that long slalom was 71 mph, and I held 65 mph through it.

The car came with Trofeos, but I convinced him to save them for a track day and get some RS3s for autocross.

It's making me miss my Camaro already... I'm running H-street in my daily FWD Hyundai until the camaro is ESP ready.
