I purchased the 2000 Z28 that Larry posted for sale.

This past 4 months was the first time I've been without an F-body since about 1992, so I feel "normal" again (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The car was ordered by its previous owner and has almost no options (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The options it was ordered with are:

Hurst Shifter (I didn't even know this was offered on a regular Z28)
PS cooler
rear window defogger
Monsoon stereo
245 Z rated tires

The previous owner added:

Koni DA's
35mm ST front bar (most likely will get replace with something softer)

So I plan to run it in FS for a few events, at least until I use up the FS rubber I have. Then it will most likely move to ESP since I REALLY dislike the soft stock suspension...

In any case, I thought I would share the happy news.

Jason S.

Jason,

My 2002 was a factory Hurst shifter car (and I still have the sticker laying here since I've not mailed it to Adam yet if anyone wants to see it). It was a $325 option?????

I was never mad at you Chuck, just bummed (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

No pics yet. Its dark blue, does that help (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) They'll be up on the UE site at some point. I'll keep ya posted.

Hey Kevin, I don't have the sticker in front of me (but I do have it). On my '96 SS it was a $500 option...

If I'm right I'm thinking that was Don Hyland's car. Very smooth driver that humbled me on more than one occasion. Enjoy the car!
