This car belongs to a close personal friend. It is what he says it is and he's a guy you can trust if you want to buy it.

That's one thing I forgot. Full rebuild/upgraded @ 92k miles in November of 2010. I have receipts for everything. I have a 3 book set of gm service manuals for it as well.

I was talking to my friend last night and I'm starting to consider buying this car. Does anybody want to save me from myself? I'm out of garage space, but it's getting really tempting (I can't let Steve have all the fun). (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I like T tops. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Actually, I really like T tops. Still wouldn't be a dedicated track car, but something I could play with where the convertible would need a roll bar. Or, someone should buy this thing and save me from myself. I'm out of parking spots already.

I'd really like to see it go to a good home. If it sits around too long my wife seemed to indicate that she wouldn't be terribly mad if I purchased it. I'm trying not to do that though.

See, you NEED this thing. It's even the right color. Just tell your wife it's the other one. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

It's a nice car. It's well built and fairly quick. I'd love to see someone jump on it. I'm house shopping and buying a second car isn't a smart choice, but I like this car (I won't be mad if someone here gives it a good home). If not, I may wind up buying it and seeing if my friend can store it in the current location for a while (until I buy a garage...er....house).

What is the condition of the paint, interior, underneath (rust?), and how well does the a/c work? I'm in Texas and black/black is tough if the a/c isn't top notch.

Here are some pics he sent me (he can't attach them, but I can). Don't mind the car cover and detailing stuff that's inside. It's been stored in the garage like this for the winter.

I'll let Zane answer, but the car is rust free or nearly so (there might be some surface rust on it). It's been living in a garage for most of it's life.

Not sure about the AC, though I have gauges and a vacuum pump if it needs serviced.

I'd like this to find a good home. If it doesn't , I'm thinking real hard about buying it. Since I'm house shopping, I'm trying really hard not to buy it. Save me from myself...it's up to you guys! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

EDIT:

Pics removed.

Paint on exterior is good, when the weather clears I will get it up in the air for pictures. We charged ac and it lasted for 3 days. I didn't worry about it after that . I have the dye to run through and have o rings , will try and address soon
