I'm signed up with SCDA to run there. Full course will be open. Can't wait to get out there.

yes, about 4 of us are coming up from Maryland. A couple of us have been coming to this event for several years.
I'll be instructing this year, so it should be even more fun. Where you going to stay? I'm leaning towards HorseHead, there's a Holiday Inn there with trailer parking. |

If I had the vacation time available, I would be going to this. Oh well.

I'm 20 minutes from WGI. Give me a holler when you all come on down.
There are several hotels in the Corning area. Though the Holiday Inn in Corning may be full of trucks working on the new interstate... Horseheads is also a short distance from WGI. It depends on how you're coming up from Maryland. I heard this week 81 sucked, I didn't hear how the way back went on 15 / I-99 that spills out here in Corning. If you come up 81 then Horseheads would be a good location. Aaron |

we caravan straight up US 15 to Corning, then over to 414 and up to the Glen. Painted Post is where I meant to say we're probably staying. Over on Hamilton St, south of Canada Rd

There will be lots of trucks there already due to the interstate construction. There are several other hotels in the Corning area. I believe you can get a discount at the Radisson in Corning if you drop my company's name... but it will probably be more expensive than you want anyways. I suppose you could leave the trailer at Home Depot / Wal-Mart or the closed K-Mart / P&C. K-Mart / P&C parking lot is definately within walking distance from the Holiday Inn.

We are staying at the Longhouse Lodge Motel. I think it is pretty close to the track. The guy that is coming out with me has stayed there before and liked it.
We are coming in Sunday evening on Rte. 86/17. Looking forward to meeting you guys. |
