Just under 72" long with a 14" cord, and only weighs a few pounds. Includes uprights and rod end adjusters. Uprights slide over 1" square tube steel brackets that you will need to install thru your trunk.

A friend of mine just put one of these on his Mustang (yea, yea, yea...I know.....but it's the really nice Mustang we took to the National F-body Motorsports Event a few years back.....lol) and it's a really nice package. I don't think it's going to do me much good on my convertible, but it should be just the ticket for a track car (particularly one that's doing some front splitter work). And for any of the newer members, Dave's a stand up guy who's been here a long time.
