I just knew buying my Camaro would pay off some day. I would try your Firebird, heck I doubt they follow you out to the parking lot.

That's a great Camaro story! Almost makes up for the GTA getting crushed!

It was great! Got a large pepperoni. When I arrived, a 4th gen LT1 and a 1969 RS were just leaving the store. The counter help was only asking for the year of the Camaro, which makes me wonder if they will announce any statistics, e.g., most pizzas per model year. The pizza box had a nice front shot of John's 1972 RS/Z28 as well.

I think I'll put the box (with crumbs) on Ebay...(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

There were 2 Camaros at the store I visited when I arrived. A really clean silver 97 RS Z28, and a semi clean blue 92 RS. They not only wanted the year of the car, they actually went outside to take a picture of it for their website. It was a pretty cool experience. They seemed genuinely excited about Camaro owners coming in to get their free pizzas.

There was a black LT1 when Karen and I pulled up to Papa Johns last night, and a red LT1 when we left. The workers at this location didn't seem all that interested. But a friend of ours has had Karen's green Camaro for awhile trying to diagnose a fuel pickup issue, and when he pulled up to another Papa Johns, one of the workers there ran out and asked him what he wanted on his pizza. A little blonde drove up in a '98+ v6 while I was waiting for my pizza. Apparently they let her call ahead (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

They took a pic of mine and asked some questions about what track I ran it at <sigh>. Pizza was good, though!
