I went in 2004. I guess I'm a little overdue to go back, but I'm not going to make it this year.

Have fun and post lots of pics!

As a side note, they didn't let us camp the first night...but didn't tell us that when we bought tickets. So we had a tent and had to run around and find a hotel room. This may have changed or maybe you already have other plans. Just something I ran into many years ago.

I've lived near Orlando since '95 and I've never once attended a race at either Daytona or Sebring (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I did accidentally get caught in traffic leaving the Daytona 500 once, that was a long trip home. It's now a hassle to get away for more than a half day because I have to find someone to watch my two senior dogs.

I have true, honest-to-God interest to watch this year as a kid I have known since he was a toddler, Robby Foley (his dad autocrossed with us in the NNJR and he came up through Junior Karts) is competing in a factory-built, privately entered Mercedes AMG GTR. It's a sweet ride...
