How bad is the car and parts market these days?

I posted some various things online and on craigslist lately and marked everything "OBO". I've not had a bite on anything, not so much as a tire kicker. I've got hundreds of dollars in parts and stuff that seem like I couldn't give them away. Is this the norm right now?

Spoolgun for Hobart Handler 210 welder

I bought a spool gun (with the 10 foot lead) for my Hobart Handler 210 mig welder, played with it for about 15 minutes and stuffed it in the box. I bought a roll of .030 and a roll of .035 aluminum wire for it and some additional tips from my local welding store. It's pretty close to new in the box and it seems that I wind up using my tig for aluminum (I wasn't sure I'd ever learn to weld aluminum, but I'm getting better so I don't use the spool gun).

I paid $199 for the spool gun, $18.99 for each of the rolls of wire and I probably have $10 in additional tips/consumables.

I also have a 40 cu ft bottle of argon (just filled by my welding shop, so it's completely full) that I might sell with the spool gun if someone needs it. If not, I'll just keep it as a back up for the TIG.

ATL surge tank, Harwood lexan windshield (3rd gen)

I've got a brand new (never had fuel in it) ATL 3 trap door surge tank for a fuel cell. It's essentially what's shown in the link below, but without the fuel pump (it has a pickup and a hose, but no pump assembly). I don't think I'm going to use it.

I also have a new Harwood lexan windshield (3/16" thick, mar-guard coated). Still in the "wrapper" (and cardboard). I lightly trimmed/sanded the edge (it was oversized for the opening) and it drops into the window opening, but it needs further fitting to be ready to bolt down (it's a super tight fit in a few spots). I don't see me using this anytime soon either (I'm just going to put a glass windshield back in the car).

Log in and other board issues

I've been fighting an issue where I constantly have to log in when I get to the board (and I know I'm not alone, I've had other reports). Upon more research, I realized that going to www.frrax.com takes us to http://frrax.com/rrforum/ and drops the www. from the front. If you put the www. back in there and go to the link, you should show up as logged in. Or, you can set your link to http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/ by typing it once and resetting your link in your favorites or browser history. At home I wasn't having this issue, but at any other PC I was. My PC held onto the old link, the new computers are getting redirected. The hosting company just made some changes due to a possible merger and I think that's why we're seeing a change (I have to open a ticket).

Also, it appears that we lost anything posted between June 29th and sometime on the 30th roughly (this may even extend back to late on the 28th). Some posts are just gone with no reason and I can't seem to recover them from the database. Now that I've got an idea what's going on, I'll get a ticket in to the hosting company for info and assistance.

Sorry about the issues, I wasn't alerted in advance (or at all) of any changes.

Tommy, Raybob? Does anybody know, is this a frrax member? I'm guessing it's someone you guys know based on the other cars in the pic (and I recognize that pic from the board).
