Anyone heard about this? I was reading Hot Rod mag I believe, and they had a blurb about the Solstice, iwth the "Z0K" package, that was meant to directly compete in SCCA class, SSB I believe? If I read it right, they even have PN's for sticky roadracing tire straight from GM itself??? They also had some PN parts for other stuff, like a hardtop roof?

Sounds interesting..

BTW, adding a LS7 in their project Solstice put in 700 extra lbs, which they had to work to try to negate thru carbon fibre body panels and stuff.

Any NW folks around here?

I'll be going to Cascade's Sports Club HDPE/driver school at PIR (Portland International Raceway in Oregon) on Aug 26th.. Since this will be my first time at any roadcourse, I'll be attending the class on the 25th too.

I'll be an Asian guy in a black 99 Z28..
